We know you are busy and don’t always have the time to search for the lowest price offered for a particular product. That’s why SandTrapGifts.com and all of the other shops of Cyber Island Shops, Inc. offer you our 101% low price guarantee on all of our products. If you find a lower priced item elsewhere or on another retail site within 30 days of your purchase, we will beat that price for you by 1% or $1.00 whichever is greater.

Here's how it works:

The item in question must be the identical product, quantity, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc. The price you wish us to beat must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the product must be in stock.

We will only beat prices on items made by the same manufacturer and are sold in the same quantities we offer. Counterfeit or replica items of designer manufacturers do not count. Competitor’s discounts, coupons or promotions for first time users or for one time use cannot be verified and are therefore not accepted for our low price guarantee. Clearance sales including going out of business or any other type of liquidation sale also will not be accepted for the low price guarantee. This offer does not apply to non-retail competitors including auction or membership sites. Low price guarantee is limited to one price adjustment within the 30 day period.

If you ask us to beat a price, the competitor's shipping, handling charges and sales tax, if applicable, must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. Shipments to Florida are subject to 7% sales tax and will not be included as part of the price match calculation.

We reserve the right to deny any price match on an item that does not meet the criteria of our price match policy. Please allow 5-7 business days following your price match for your request to be processed.
